Coopers Beer Kits
w/yeast and hops - From Australia's only remaining family owned brewery. Already hopped. All you need is water and brewing sugar.
Note: These kits contain yeast and hops, but require additional malt or sugar. You may either add 1-2 lbs of sugar, or 2-3 lbs of unhopped malt extract (not included). When made with sugar, beer kits will make a beer that is characterized as being high in alcohol and thin in body and mouthfeel. They tend to ferment very quickly, and will reach a state of maturity with a couple of weeks. If 3.3 lbs (standard can) of unhopped malt extract is used, the beer will have more body, more mouthfeel and more “beer” flavor. It will also take a bit longer to ferment and mature. This type of production is mostly favored by homebrewing hobbyists and “microbrewery” fans. Most use light malt. See the bottom of this page for additional required ingredients.

Coopers Bitter - Styled in the old-English tradition, Coopers Bitter is made using aromatic hops and more malt than other beers.  It's strong refreshing flavor has made it a popular choice among those who appreciate the quality of this ruby colored traditional beer. Includes yeast, but requires additional brewing sugar. Stock #1335
Qty: Price: $14.90

Coopers Classic Old Dark - This beer is produced from roasted malts, from the finest South Australian two-row barley.  Combined with specially selected hops from Tasmania, Old Dark provides a full and flavorful dark beer taste. Includes yeast, but requires additional brewing sugar. Stock #1360
 Qty: Price: $14.90

Coopers Draught - A full and flavorsome beer displaying a clean crisp taste with a subtle "bitter" flavor. Coopers Draught displays a good head with a fresh bright color. This style is sometimes better described as Draught Bitter. Stock #1340
Qty:
Price: $14.90

Coopers Real Ale
Real Ale displays a solid head and a distinctive, full bodied flavor, enhanced by a soft fruity character. A true ale in style and color. Stock #1350

Qty: Price: $14.90

Coopers Lager - Coopers Lager is produced using the finest Australian premium malted barley and Tasmanian Hops. When fermented these ingredients combine to produce a full-bodied Australian Lager that is distinctive and refreshing to the taste. Stock #1345
 Qty: Price: $14.90

Coopers Stout - The stout is a fine example of the robust, full-flavored stout family. The unique, rich and dark texture of this product is produced by specially roasted black malt. A full bodied dry stout. Stock #1355
Qty: Price: $14.90

Coopers Brewmaster's Selection
These top quality ingredient kits are already hopped and contain stylistically appropriate yeast. Like the Original kits above, they require brewing sugar or malt. We recommend a 3.3 lb. can of Coopers plain extract (see below). You will need to get a package of priming sugar also if you don't have brewing sugar around the house. Otherwise you will have to reserve some of the malt to carbonate the beer.

Coopers Pilsener beer ingredientsCoopers Pilsener - Bohemia's brewing gift to the world, adapted to produce a historically golden, clean, crisp brew. With a sharp hop aroma, bright, clear color and a typical lager malt character, Coopers Pilsener is a real palate pleaser. Stock #1349
Qty: Price: $14.90

Coopers Wheat - A light and refreshing German style Wiesse beer, with a quenching tartness. Made predominantly from the finest malted wheat and our own special strain of yeast. Stock #1356
Qty: Price: $14.90

Coopers India Pale AleCoopers India Pale Ale - Originated at Burton-on-Trent to be shipped out to India, Africa and the Colonies. The full-strength flavor of this beer is the result of traditional, prolonged mashing time. Its balancing hop bite and malty fullness give it a special zest! Stock #1342
Qty: Price: $14.90
