Bell's Oberon is a wildly popular summer beer, but isn't available year-round. If you can't buy it all year, at least now you can make an Oberon-style beer any time you want. We spent quite a bit of time on this recipe, and it's pretty close to the original. There are some all-grain Oberon recipes floating around that are pretty good, but the extract version was quite a challenge. This light, spice summer brew is our favorite warm weather beer.
