Mean Devil Woman Sauce I'm going to give you my own product description on this one, since the one from the company doesn't do it justice. I used to own a bar in a town called Three Rivers, Michigan. For a short period of time there was a cajun restaurant down the street called the Road Kill Cafe. The guy who was the cook there was named Cajun Radar, and this is his sauce. Now, the food was good there, but the town was just too small for a Cajun joint. But while it was there, I learned a lot about Cajun cooking from ole Radar. This is Cajun Radar's sauce. It's not some private label standard formula. The original owners of Roadkill found him selling it out of the back of a truck in Louisiana. This is one of the greatest sauces in the world. It is a hotter than tabasco, but it still has great flavor. If you like things hot, you can coat your food with this and not have to drink a pitcher of water between bites. It's thick, with some tomato and garlic taste to it. This sauce is one of the recipes that he wouldn't give me, but he did talk about how they have to boil some of the peppers and do some things that other sauces don't do. I believe every person who has purchased a bottle in my store has come back for another one when it ran out. You will not be sorry if you buy my friend's sauce.
