Bulk Clover Honey
Clovers contribute more to honey production in the United States than any other group of plants. Our clover honey is light amber in color and has a mild, sweet taste.

We carry the finest unprocessed honey from Marengo, Illinois. Great for mead, or beer. This honey is unpasteurized and strained through a coarse filter. I sampled and brewed with all of the local honeys available, and this is clearly the best. When making mead, I got quick (10-14) day fermentations, and the best tasting mead I have ever had.
