High Pressure 210,000 BTU Brewing Burner
If you look closely, you will see that this is no run of the mill turkey fryer burner. It is one of the hottest high pressure propane stoves available. While most turkey fryers operate at only 10 PSI gas pressure, this propane stove, with a 30 PSI regulator and a huge restaurant type round stove element, kicks out  210,000 BTUs. That's about 4 times the power of a standard turkey cooker. This stove will bring your wort to a boil in no time. It has a 17" x 17" cooking surface (a standard turkey cooker is only about 14" across). Stable even with converted kegs, or large Polarware type pots on top of it. It connects to a standard propane tank, the same type that you use for outdoor grills. We believe this is the best heat source for home brewing available.

High Pressure 185,000 BTU Propane Burner for Brewing (or anything else)
This High Pressure Propane Burner produces 185,000 BTUs of heat out of a cast iron element. The  burner includes a full windscreen, protecting your flame for maximum output.

Use our High Pressure Propane Burner for brewing, or any outdoor cooking. The flame is fully adjustable. You can obtain a roaring flame for brewing a large batch of beer or turn the flame down small enough simmer a cup of coffee. The cooking surface of this propane burner measures 14 inches in diameter. The burner measures 12 inches tall.

The needle valve on the stainless steel square propane burner gives you complete control over the amount of flame, so you can cook food or heat beverages properly.
