Return of Defective Merchandise We are happy to take care of any defective merchandise you receive. Use the Contact Form to tell us about your problem and we will take care of it promptly. Damaged Goods This is the responsibility of our shipper, but we will be happy to file a claim for you if need be, and replace the damaged goods if necessary. Non-Damaged Returns Unused Equipment may be returned for refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Health department regulations prohibit return of ANY ingredients. This is not our policy, it is the law. We can only replace bad ingredients.
